PRICES AND PAYMENT
1. Prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, prices listed are base prices.2. Additional fees for complex characters, markings, multiple characters, and/or content may be charged case-by-case.3. Payment is completed through PayPal.
Prices are in EUR, but if the buyer wants to pay in their currency, I would make the conversion.4. Payment must be completed before I work on the piece.5. A payment plan can to be discussed (for reference sheets, adopts or multiple pieces) in an agreement.6. I will send the piece in full resolution to the client.
Cancellations and Refunds
1. By now, I'm not accepting refunds before accepting and reaching an agreement.2. I won't refund you if the work is cancelled while i'm proceeding in what you asked in an almost final stage (ex. painting stage)3. I have the right to cancel a commission if the client behaves rudely or inappropriately.
